Thank you for shopping with NookVela.

This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, tracked, and delivered.

1. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

NookVela currently ships to eligible addresses within the United States.

We do not currently ship to every international destination.

2. ORDER PROCESSING

Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

Processing times may be longer during:

• Major holidays
• Promotional periods
• High-volume sales events
• Supplier delays
• Severe weather
• Unexpected fulfillment disruptions

Processing time is separate from delivery time.

3. ESTIMATED DELIVERY

Estimated delivery is generally 7–15 business days after an order has been processed, unless a different estimate is displayed on the product page, at checkout, or in the order confirmation.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Delivery times may vary depending on:

• Product availability
• Fulfillment location
• Customer location
• Carrier operations
• Weather
• Customs or security inspections
• Public holidays
• Events outside our reasonable control

4. SHIPPING RATES

Available shipping methods and charges are displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

Promotional free shipping may apply when displayed on the website or during checkout.

5. MULTIPLE PACKAGES

Products may be fulfilled from different locations.

An order containing multiple products may arrive in separate packages and on different dates.

You will not be charged additional shipping fees solely because an order is shipped in multiple packages unless disclosed before checkout.

6. ORDER TRACKING

When tracking information becomes available, it will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.

Tracking information may require several business days to begin displaying updates after shipment.

7. ADDRESS ACCURACY

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

• Street address
• Apartment or unit number
• City
• State
• ZIP code
• Email address

Contact us immediately if you discover an error.

We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order enters fulfillment.

Additional shipping or handling charges caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer’s responsibility where permitted by law.

8. SHIPPING DELAYS

We work with third-party fulfillment partners and shipping carriers.

Some delays may occur outside our direct control.

If we become aware that an order cannot be shipped within the stated or applicable timeframe, we will provide available information and an appropriate option in accordance with applicable requirements.

9. LOST, DAMAGED, OR MISSING PACKAGES

If your order appears lost, damaged, incomplete, or substantially delayed, contact:

• Order number
• Full name
• Description of the issue
• Relevant photos or videos, when applicable

We will review the available tracking and fulfillment information and work toward an appropriate resolution.
